Haskell County Healthcare System (HCHS) consists of the Haskell County Hospital, Rural Health Clinic, Specialty Clinic for surgical patients, the Stigler Medical Clinic, and Mid-Lakes Home Health, with offices in Stigler, Eufaula and Spiro.
Located in the center of Eastern Oklahoma, and 50 miles from the Arkansas boarder, HCHS serves not only Haskell County, but the surrounding communities which reach into Leflore, McIntosh, and Muskogee counties.
Haskell County Hospital is a 40-bed facility complete with a two-room operating suite, a fully equipped radiology department, in-house pharmacy, physical therapy department, an emergency department and laboratory which operate 24/7, and a comprehensive respiratory therapy department.
The HCHS medical staff includes nine medical specialties including: Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Emergency Care, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pathology, Physical Therapy, and Radiology.
Mid-Lakes Home Health provides the communities of Stigler, Eufaula and Spiro and surrounding areas with home health, durable medical equipment, physical therapy, medical social services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, drug screening, and HIV and AIDS counseling.
